Great job by Tom, Miles and crew! I recently purchased a home with 2000 sq ft of ugly, poorly sealed and stained Canterra tile in the main living areas. It was so bad that I was concerned that the floor would have to be replaced. In consulting with Tom, he was confident that he could bring the floor back from the dead. Before refinishing the floor, Tom and Miles spent a day trying different test cases and cleaning/polishing methods to ensure the best results. Miles and crew spent several days polishing, refinishing and resealing, including a lot of manual hand-work in the hard to reach places. The final result was fantastic - like a new floor! What was once a major negative about the house has turned into an asset. Friends and family can't believe the difference. I'd highly recommend Tom Baker and his crew - he kept us informed on the process, detailed all the options and trade-offs and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the final results. |
